Terms of Service

The terms for this website and for your RSS Retriever license.

1. General

By accessing this website or purchasing RSS Retriever from CyberSEO.net, you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws and regulations, and you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the software. The materials on this website are protected by copyright and trademark law. Violation of these terms is a reason to revoke the license without compensation.

2. License and permitted sites

Your license permits use of the plugin on the number of sites you purchased. It may cover your own sites, your company’s sites and your clients’ sites, as long as the total number of sites does not exceed the license limit. Download and activation instructions are sent after purchase.

The plugin interacts with online resources and requires a site with a live URL; it is not licensed for execution on localhost. If a site moves to a new domain, contact support to arrange a license transfer.

3. Returns and refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. We issue a refund if the plugin does not work as described and the problem cannot be resolved by adjusting its settings with the help of our support. In that case, you receive the full amount you paid for the plugin.

Costs of third-party services, such as AI provider credits, translation or spinner subscriptions, proxies and hosting, are not part of the plugin purchase and cannot be refunded by us. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

4. Imported content

RSS Retriever imports, republishes and modifies content from sources you choose. You are solely responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to do so, including copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.

The plugin is designed to import content from open, publicly accessible sources. It is not intended to access content that is restricted to members, paywalled or protected by a login or subscription. You agree not to use it for unauthorized access to such content.

We do not endorse or encourage any infringement of copyright or other illegal activity. You assume all legal responsibility for the content you import, republish or modify, including claims of copyright infringement or defamation, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberSEO.net, its developers and agents from any claims, damages and costs, including legal fees, arising from your use of the software or of such content. Please respect the rights of others and the terms of service of the websites you import content from.

5. Limitations

You remain responsible for everything you publish. The plugin does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue or the availability of any particular third-party service or AI model.

6. Third-party services

RSS Retriever works with third-party services through their official APIs, including AI text and image providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, OpenRouter, Stability AI, GoAPI and CometAPI), translation services (DeepL, Google Translate, Yandex Translate), content spinners (WordAi, SpinRewriter, SpinnerChief), Pixabay, YouTube, the Internet Archive and the Full-Text RSS script by FiveFilters.org. You open and pay for these accounts yourself, and their own terms, pricing, limits and content policies apply. Their services can change independently of the plugin. We are not responsible for third-party services; you use them as they are, in accordance with their terms. Review AI-generated text, images and translations before relying on them.

7. Revisions and errata

The materials on this website may contain technical, typographical or photographic errors and may become outdated. We may change them at any time without notice, but do not commit to updating them.

8. Mailing list

By purchasing RSS Retriever, you agree to have your email address added to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Disclaimer

We stand behind the quality of our software: if it does not perform as described, we provide support and, if the issue remains unresolved, a refund under the policy above. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, the website and the software are provided “as is”, without further warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CyberSEO.net is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data, charges of third-party services, or consequences of your publishing decisions arising from the use of the website or the software. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We have not reviewed all websites linked from this site and are not responsible for their content. A link does not imply endorsement. Use of linked websites is at your own risk.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page. By using this website, you agree to the version current at that time.
